About the Company

Healing Hounds, LLC was founded by Lynn M. Low, PT, CCRT. Lynn has more than 30 years experience as a physical therapist, and worked in all aspects of health care for humans. She’s treated infants right up to centenarians with orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, and pulmonary issues. Treatment areas were in acute care, emergency department, skilled nursing homes, and rehabilitation centers. Canine rehab was an interest for Lynn for a long time, but it was when her dog Terra became older that she wished she could do more for her. She began to seriously consider a career in canine rehab and began working in the companion animal field in 2020 while pursing certification through the Canine Rehabilitation Institute. Lynn was certified in 2021 and has been applying all those years of human PT experience and adapting it to our canine friends. Her current inspirations are her models for the photos. More on them below.

The rest of our “Co.”

Charlie is the CEO of Healing Hounds as she is the brightest canine we have ever met. We swear she understands every word we say. She is also the Chief of Security. She keeps us all in line, especially her rogue little brother.

Oliver is the CTO (Chief Treat Officer) and runs a tight ship on mealtimes. He lets us know if we are running late at mealtime and then directs us to the food bin in case we forgot where it was. He is also quite the tennis ball connoisseur.

They both are always up for a walk, hike, belly rub, swim, tennis ball fetch, a treat, or a bite of your meal.

Lexi is our Customer Service Representative. She feels she is the only customer that matters and wants me to let you know there are entirely too many dog photos on this website.

Seriously though, they are Lynn’s greatest inspiration not only for the business and the treatments, but for life in general. We should all live more like dogs, take time to smell the flowers, be silly, love unconditionally, and learn to accept pampering like cats.
